For those departing from Fort Lauderdale, you’ll find everything you need at stores like Publix, Whole Foods, or local specialty shops. Gather your essentials, then hop on a Makers Air flight straight to Staniel Cay. This option ensures your arrival is stress-free and your provisions are ready to go.

**Option 3: Provision at Home and Pack a Cooler**  

For those who like to prepare ahead, provisioning at home and packing a cooler with dry ice is a reliable option. Keep in mind that up to $100 per person in food items can be brought in duty-free, so save your receipts. For the budget-conscious, packing your cooler ensures you’re bringing exactly what you want.
